Can a Patent Lawsuit Make ProV1's Balls a Thing of the Past?
The Callaway v. Acushnet golf ball patent infringement battle continues. Callaway has filed a motion for a PERMANENT injunction requesting that the court order Acushnet to cease distribution and to inform their PGA pro's that they cannot play ProV1's beyond 2008!
